Sharyn and Louisa previously ran a popular restaurant in Surrey for 16
years. Having owned a holiday home in Seahouses for much of that time
they decided to move north permanently and start Rotisserie Jacques - the
full rotisserie experience.
Sharyn has many creative ideas for flavouring the meats and prepares
innovative salads and potato dishes to accompany the roasts.
She can cater from the simple - local meat in a quality bun with condiments,
to the full plated meat dish with a selection of sides. We can also provide
tasty alternatives for those who don’t eat meat.
